Responsible sourcing
Clear standards. Accountable supply relationships.
Supplier evaluation
We assess manufacturers against their track record, quality systems, production capacity and business conduct. Ongoing reviews help confirm that suppliers continue to meet our standards.
Quality and transparency
Orders are placed against agreed specifications. Manufacturer certificates, test reports and independent inspections, where requested, support verification before shipment.
We communicate origin, manufacturer and specification clearly, and raise supply issues early so customers can plan their response.
Business conduct
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, forced labour, child labour or unsafe working conditions in our supply chain.
Customer requirements, drawings and pricing are treated as confidential and shared only as needed to fulfil an order.
Standards and documentation
Applicable product standards, delivery terms and documentation are agreed for each order. These may include customer-specified ISO, ASTM, EN, BS or DIN standards, manufacturer and mill certificates, test reports and certificates of origin.
We use Incoterms® 2020 to clarify delivery responsibilities. Independent pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request.
Continuous improvement
Feedback from customers and suppliers informs our sourcing decisions, quality checks and delivery arrangements. We welcome partners committed to transparent, responsible and consistent business practices.
Supplier expectations
Suppliers are asked to operate lawfully, maintain a quality management system, provide accurate documentation, protect worker health and safety, manage environmental impacts and conduct business ethically. We stop working with suppliers who no longer meet our standards.
